Public Meeting Schedule & Minutes

The Convis Township Board meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm EDT, with our Annual Meeting held in March. The Township Planning Commission meets on the 4th Monday of "odd" months (January, March, May, July, September and November), also at 7:00 pm EDT.

The Township Board of Review meets as required in March, July and December with dates and times published and posted as needed and the Township Zoning Board of Appeals meets upon request with dates and times published and posted as needed.

All meetings are held at Township Hall and are open to the public.
